  • Weight Loss: An evidence-based program for losing weight while maintaining or increasing muscle and bone mass.

Jon Kolb, M.S. - Exercise physiologist and lead consultant for Elite-by-Choice. Jon earned four Super Bowl rings as an All-Pro tackle with the Pittsburgh Steelers and also served as a line coach and strength coach.

David DeRose, M.D. - Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Preventive Medicine; a founding physician of the diabetes reversal program at Lifestyle Center of America.

Tom Hafer, PT, ATC - Physical Therapist; Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer; Author. His expertise is in exercise science and physical rehabilitation.

William H. White, Ph.D. - ACSM Health/Fitness Specialist; Health Educator; National Safety Council Basic LIfe Support Instructor; Pennsylvania Certified Paramedic; Tae Kwon Do Master.

Matthew White brings 18 years of experience to his role as a trainer, coach and health education consultant. He competed successfully in Division I collegiate wrestling and world competition - 2 time All-American at Penn State; PanAm gold medalist.

For over 10 years, Stephanie West has worked as a personal trainer and yoga and Pilates instructor. Her background includes training in gymnastics, dance, modeling and the martial arts - she is a 2nd degree black belt, Tae Kwon Do.
